Vout:350V
Iout:1mA
fsw:500kHz

There was reference design PMP30104,
could use at this specification?

If could not use,
What topology and constitution fit this specification?

    If you use multiple voltage doubler/tripler stages like as PMP8621, it should be okay. I don't see any reason it is not possible.

    FB pin set about 87.5V and
    would output voltage to 350 V at 2 times and 4 times?

    How did you get 87.5V? 300 * 1.87k /(800k+50+1.87k) = 0.7V
