If could not use,What topology and constitution fit this specification?

I have a question about schematic.
When trying to output 350V case,FB pin set about 87.5V and would output voltage to 350 V at 2 times and 4 times?
How did you get 87.5V? 300 * 1.87k /(800k+50+1.87k) = 0.7V
I have a question about PMP8621 schematic.
Is PMP8621 schematic,doubler stage schematic, and creates a forth by adding two additional stage?

My recommendation is following PMP8621 since it is proven.
