Hi All,

Does any know how to connect BATPRES PIN for the 2-cell application Li-on battery?

This PIN active low battery present input signal, we should be judgment disable charge level from this pin. so anyone have recommend for this?

/BATPRES pin should be connected to the battery pack BATPRES output.

thanks for your feedback Jing, how to connect if battery didn't have BATPRES Pin?

Depends on your application, you can pull it low so that this function is not used by assuming the battery is present all time. Or you can use the independent comparator to detect if the battery is present and connect /BATPRES pin to the CMPOUT pin. Note that when enabling the independent comparator, the power consumption of the IC is higher.
