TPS65251: if only used output1/2 no output3

Hi Sir,

I used TPS65251 but only want used output1 and output2, my output 3 all pin can floating as attached file?

Or enable pin need connect to GND?

I have meet no power issue on this chip, output1 set to 3.3V but only 2.5V, output2 set to 5V but no output, is it possible because my output 3 have no connect enable pin to GND?

Yes, EN3 MUST connect to GND if you do not use buck3.

Hi Jason,

How about other buck 3 relative pins? ex. VIN3, SS3, RLIM3, LX3, BST3, FB3 and CMP3.
Except EN3 need pull down to GND, other pins can let it floating?

JeffYC,

Other pins VIN3, SS3, RLIM3, LX3, BST3, FB3 and CMP3 can let them floating or connect components as normal.
