Can anyone provide complete board details of PMP4501 ref design including transformer construction, gerber layout, BOM & schematic ?

The overview can be found on page no 18 of Reference Design Cookbook labeled as slyt394a..

Here also does not contains no of turns in any of windings without which Xmer cannot be manufactured & the gerber file is not extractable.

Unfnortunately, we do not design the transformer to that level in-house. We provide the specification to a transformer design company and they select the materials and design the transformer to meet the specifications provided.

Actually transformer design company asked for no of turns & their policy does not allows them to choose it randomly.They demand the same from FAEs.
