May I know TI have can compare BCD AP3843 device?

Loos TI UC3843A spec show start current only 50uA!!

Hi Cao,
I think you could see TI's UCC38C43 which has 50uA typical startup current also.
The TI's UCC38C43 , UC3843 and other vendor's XX3843 are pin to pin compatible however they have small difference in particular items such as startup current, Vdd max, etc..
