I am John Ma. I use TPS564208 in my project. However, I have some questions as below.
1. What is the life about this product normally? My conditon is: Vin=12V,Vout=5V, Imax=1A
2. Would you pls tell me what condition when do HTOL test for this product? I mean what are VIN,Vout and I_LOAD when do HTOL test? Does this product pass HTOL 500hours or 1000hours at your conditions?
3. The power supply cable is long(about 1m), which supplys power to multi VIN pins of ICs when do HTOL test. How do you handle this problem when do HTOL test? Do you use an bulk capacitor near VBUS input terminal? Do you separate each VIN channal ,like using resistor or LC components? I attach an draft for your reference.
