TPS3801: /RESET pin status when TPS3801 is lower than 1.1V

In TPS3801 datasheet, Timing Diagram is shown as below.

When VDD is lower than 1.1V, the /RESET pin status is seems uncontrolled? Right?

Do we need to add a resistor with GND to keep /RESET low?

Max,

A resistor might not do the trick. We came up with a 2 transistor solution that works.

We have simulated this approach and it worked great.
