Hi

I have questions for equation (12) and (13) from datasheet.

1.  What is the parameter of Rhs?

2.  How to determine parameters? (Especially, Voutsc, Fdiv)

    Rhs is the on resistance of the high side FET. For Vin > 12 V, it is 200 mohm typical and 410 mohm max.

    During overloads such as short circuit condition, the output voltage will decrease. How much depends on the degree of the overload. For a short circuit condition, I typically use Voutsc = 0.1 V and Fdiv = 8. That is full frequency foldback. If you have a less severe over current, your outpu voltage may be higher. Then you can use that voltage, calculate the VSENSE voltage and use the appropriate Fdiv (1, 2, 4 or 8) in the equation.
