BQ27510-G2: Golden image creation

In the past Ti has created golden image files for our battery packs.  We would send a sample of the packs to TI and they would create an SENC file for loading into the part.

Is this still a service that is offered?  If so, who should I contact?

    We have tried to simplify the process of obtaining your golden file so much that we don't provide the services of creating the golden file anymore.

    I have sent you a friend invite so you can contact me offline and i walk you through the process instead of posting on here severally.
