Can we use CSD18509Q5B for Automotive and need certification Q1?
If The CSD18509Q5B hasn't Q1 ceritification. Can you recommend N-FET that has Q1 Certification like to have spec CSD18509Q5B?
1. N-channel FET
2. MAX Current : 50A
3. Normal Current : 30A
4. Application: Motor
