BQ34Z100-G1: What prevents Data Flash Memory writes?

Hello,

I have a couple BQ34Z100's that I can no longer write to Data Flash Memory. Other than the device being SEALED and possibly the battery voltage being lower than Configuration -> Power -> "Flash Update OK Cell Volt", what else prevents Flash writes? I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to have happened after I executed the "IT ENABLE" command. How can I regain control over Data Flash Writes?

Hi Kevin
You need to clear the FAS flag. Click the full access command button send the full access command and to be able to fully access the gauge. Note that once you seal the gauge you can never go permanently go back to an unsealed stated. If you unseal, sending the reset or IT enable command will seal the gauge again.
