TPS40422: Why can not the Webench simulate the design of TPS40422 in two-phase single-output mode?

Part Number: TPS40422

Dears:

TPS40422 has two modes, and we have used Webench to simualate design of TPS40422 in dual output mode.

However, we can not use Webench to simualate design of TPS40422 in two-phase single-output mode. And the simulation of TPS40422 as attachment.

webench_project_TPS40422.pdf

So our issues as follows:

1. Is the bug about webench?

2. Is the maximal circuit 30A of TPS40422 when the TPS40422 is first time to power on in two-phase single-output mode? And we use the default value of TPS40422 and the DCR of L is 0.488mΩ.

Is there any risk about the method?Since we need design of the circuit parameter is 50A and we are afraid to happen the overcurrent event.

3. Could you kindly help to check our schematic of TPS40422 in two-phase single-output mode? And the schematic as follows:

Pls. kindly help to give some suggestions about our issues.

Many thanks!

Best regards!
