FET/BJT for LED driver

We want to use FET/MOS device for LED driver

Power supply is +12V

Driver current is about 800mA

LED is 5W OSRAM LED

Speed/frequency 12Mbps or 10MHz

Please recommand me a device for this application.

    May I know if this is an automotive application?
    As the input voltage is 12V and output is 1 LEDs, our linear LED driver TPS92830-Q1 can support this application.
    By the way, what is speed/requirement means? Do you need a LED driver with digital interface?
