TLC77: TLC7733IPWR delay without CT

Hi,

We are using the TLC7733IPWR in one of our design as reset supervisory IC. We are looking for the delay td value

We want to use this IC without any capacitor CT at some point.

We looked into Datasheet and we did not get the answer to delay, except for the formula.

Can anyone please help us to get the delay value without CT.

    Nanjunda,

    When there is no CT, the Delay Time is ignored. The "delay" then becomes the "propagation delay time" so you can use the specs from the SWITCHING CHARACTERISTICS table on page 8. From SENSE detection to RESET trigger, low to high delay is 20us. From high to low delay is 5 us.
