UCC24630: UCC24630 gate drive pulse is getting disabled at higher voltage

Part Number: UCC24630

We are doing 65W ,5V output flyback for universal input range . The switching frequency is 65kHZ, transfomer ratio 6.4:1 ,Inductance is 92uH.

For calculations of resistors i have used the UCC24630 design tool.Attached the Xl sheet but with these values driver output is getting off when input voltage is increased form 120V DC to 130 DC Then i changed the R16=2.2K and R15= 82K, R17=193K, R18=33K, the blanking time resistor i varied from 4.7 to 50K  i think Once the primary pulse is <1uS the driver output is getting disabled.

Is it the primary pulse width is becoming too small ? How can we use UCC24630 for this application.

Copy of UCC24630_Calc.xlsx. whether this controller is suitable for this application  ?
