UC3875 website is described UCC3895EVM-001, but UC3875 and UCC3895 are different package and pin assign.

Please let me know about below point for the relation of UC3875 and UCC3895EVM-001.

②If any relation, Is there any document for replace UCC3895 to UC3875 on UCC3895EVM-001?

③About the replacement UC3875, is there reference or example circuit?

  Thank you for reply,
  Customer is confirming UC3875, because customer require low switching frequency: 13kHz.
  (Input: AC400V, Pout, 200W~50kW, Other spec: TBD)
  
  Basically, customer question is why UC3875's web site describe UCC3895EVM-001.
  If there any reason, please let me know.
  
  Sorry for additional question for UC3875,
  Is there equation for frequency (or Rt) setting? (UC3875 datasheet page-7)
