Do you know the formulas to calculate the Qg with different Vds,Vgs and Iout in different zone(linear & sat)? Thank you!

    If you think of the gate as a capacitor, Qg is primarily a function of the gate to source bias you want to drive the FET with, and the amount of charge required to drive at that bias is provided in Figure 4 of the datasheet.

    VDS is irrelevant for the input charge. Not sure what you mean by Iout?
