TPS61253A: Problum in switching as well as enable

Part Number: TPS61253A

This device in not working or not enable or not start switching.

What problum creats and can solve the problum, I found that A1, A2/ B1, B2/ C1,C2 are shorted this is true.

But devive are not working a i try 6 or 7 IC but no any give the output 5v.

Please solve this or help me for this produt i.e boost convertor.

    For the TPS61253A, it is hard to be hand soldered. And if the Vin and GND pin voltage is reverse polarity , the IC will be damaged. So be careful during usage. Suggest you apply for a TPS61253A EVM from the local TI office. This will will make the things easy.
