Hello everyone, I have bay the UCD3138A64 EVM622 on TI store, When I use GUI "Scan Device in ROM... " , He can not find the ROM

When I use GUI "VICE... " , He can not find the Devices.

When I use GUI "PMBUS REVIS... " , He has address.

But I use the command 0xD9, It still can not return to ROM.

Please What can I do now?

Has anyone downloaded a program into the UCD chip on the board? It should really respond in ROM mode, I think.

Does the LED on your board be turned on after connecting the Adapter? If there is no program in flash and the power connect is good, that should be responded in rom mode.

Yes, LED will turned on after connecting the Adapter.
