Hi Team,

Is there any temperature variability data about tMON and tMOFF?
It seems the following MAX values are under 25C.

  • Hello K Yaita,

I am an application engineer with the High Power Driver group at TI and will work to answer your questions. The specifications you are inquiring tMON and tMOFF do have the specification limits of typical and maximum that are guaranteed over the operating temperature range of -40 to 125 deg C. All of the min or max specification limits apply to the full temperature range.

The production testing of commercial parts is at 25 deg C. But the parts during qualification were tested over full temperature range and the datasheet limits are determined by a combination of ATE testing of large quantity at room temperature, full temperature range testing of devices, and simulation data of worst case corners.

So the specifications for tMON and tMOFF do apply for the full temperature range.
