They are looking for an LDO with the same level as TLV 713 and 0.3 mS soft start (delay start), but do you have one?

[Specification]

Vin=1.4~5.5V

Vout=3.3V

Iout=150mA

Just to be clear, are you looking for something pin to pin with TLV713P or just similar performance? Is there a specific package that you have in mind?

Hi,

If you are looking for similar performance, TLV733P has an increased current output, but the start time is much higher. It features a typical 250uS for 1V output and 800uS for 3.3V output. Can this work in your system?
