1. Could you please advise how to design the LSET resistance?

2. What’s the layout rule for CSD95490Q5MC VOS pin? Should we route it close to the load?

Here is the equation for selecting LSET:

RLSET [kΩ] = 2.04e-9 * L4 – 2.48e-6 * L3 +1.79e-3 * L2 + 3.99e-1 * L + 1.61e1
L - Output Inductor Value in nH
RLSET - Ideal Resistor value to connect from LSET terminal to GND (Closest standard resistor value may be used)

VOS should be connected to the output at the inductor pad.
