TPS7A80: TPS7A8001 Enable function question

Hi Team,

My customer is using our TPS7A8001 in their new project. As it's urgent to go to MP stage, need your help on this case:

What they want to realize is they use resistor divide to realize when VIN<about 4V, TPS7A8001 was disabled and no output. When VIN>=4V, TPS7A8001 was enabled and output 3.3V. Customer hope when Enable voltage>=1.35V(For 5V input), then TPS7A8001 begin output. However, based on customer's test, when Enable voltage >= about 0.6v but not 1.35V as showed, TPS7A8001 begin to output. Below is the test result for your refer, yellow color is the voltage on Enable and red color is the output voltage waveform:

Can you help check this and give a solution to realize customer's requirement? Thank you.

    Hi Sulyn,

    In order to help debug, please provide a schematic. We only need the components around the LDO including the resistor divider you mention. A scope shot with Vin, Vout, Ven, and Iout would also be useful in the debugging process. Please ensure that we can read the scale of each signal (your scope shot pixelates when I enlarge it to try to read the scale).
