TPS51100: whether the device TPS51100 can support DDR3L 1.35v?

Hi team,

My customer wants to use the device to support DDR3L, from the esp the device shows ok. But from the datasheet, it isn't ok. Could you please help check it ? Thanks.

Hello,

The VLDOIN voltage range is from 1.2V, so it should be able to support DDR3L.

Another device TPS51200 can be considered for DDR3L also.

Hi Frank,

If TPS51200 fits customer's design, I would recommend TPS51200 because DDR3L spec and data are vailable on its datasheet.
