I found several posts about TLC5947 and SPI interface but none are very clear:

can we drive TLC5947 using strandard SPI interface from MCU ?

    Hi, Paul,

    TLC5947 is not standard SPI, but you can use MCU SPI interface to control it.

    Taking 4 wire SPI for example, SIN is like MOSI, SOUT is like MISO, SCLK is the same, and you need to use SS(Slave Selected) or CS(Chip Selected) to generate XLAT signal. Moreover, you need to input BLANK signal using an additional IO.
