The register used in this device is 21 bit long.

Could you check my understanding?

Does this device have 21 bit = 2097152 switching frequency pattern with spread spectrum?
And will this 21 bit pattern cycle every 8Hz?

That understanding is in principle correct.
However there are some proprietary modification to the circuit functionality.
