Data latch only working if serial resistor added at SCLK line from controller to driver. Without resistor, data result is one bit less than expected output. Outputs 1 to 10 are in use. Clock frequency is 5MHz. SCLK trace length is 3 inches. How to avoid this serial resistor ?
