REF3033: Question about dropout voltage

Hi team,

I'd like to confirm below 2 things.

1. the datasheet mentioned Dropout voltage is 50mV max in TA=25C, Iload=0mA. Could you tell me how much the Dropout voltage when Iload is 25mA during -40 to 125C?

2. How much the load regulation value during -40 to 125C, when max dropout voltage under the condition of question 1.

    Hi Yoshi-san,

    For question 1, we do not have a MAX value for the 25mA condition. For the Typ value I can go to the lab and test a couple of devices and measure their performance ETA 1-2 weeks. If you want you can email me to keep track of the progress.

    For question 2, since we do not have a max value for question 1, I can only get you the Typ value and not the Max for this.

    Are you ok with the set tests?
