When the device is enabled , An internal current source (ISSC = 5 µA) charges CSS and generates a ramp from 0 V to VFB to control
the ramp-up rate of the output voltage. Hence during start up , the error amplifer reference wil be the voltage on the SS cap and once it exceed 0.8V , the internal reference takes it over .
