    Adjust R28. The op-amp U2A is a subtraction circuit to obtain Vo (because all IC signals reference to -Vin rail, to get Vo you need to minus the input), and scale the signal by 0.1x.

    Namely, the output voltage satisfies the following equation:

    Vo x 0.1 x R28 / (R26 +R28) = 1.2V

    where 1.2V is the FB ref voltage.
