TPS92515: ILED is changed depending on Input

Hi

In the customer design using TPS92515, Vin : 10V to 30V and ILED :350mA is assumed.

However, it occurs ILED is changed when Vin is high.

When Vin is around 12V - 18V, ILED would be as intention.

Can you see any problem on the circuit caused of increasing ILED by Vin?

    Hello,

    I assume there is one led for the output, I'll use 3V for calculation.

    toff will be approximately 1.37 uS. If Vin is 25.6V, ton is 181 nS. Minimum on time typical is 195 nS. Once this limit is hit the current will increase.

    Either the switching frequency needs to be lowered, the input voltage limited or the output voltage increased.
