LM5022: LM5022 transformer design calculation sheet

The transformer is G094215LF by GCI. You can contact them for the datasheet. I am also going to ask for the datasheet for you.

I design the project follow PMP7760, but when i set the input=30V , the output only can load CC=500mA, if CC>500mA, Vout will drop to below 20V soon, i check the PMP7760 test report, it seem PMP7760 load CC=500mA when 30V input, i need CC1.5A when 30V and 90~264Vac input, do you have any suggest, thx

Hi Jack,

Your transformer is different.  Both the pin use and turns ratio are different. I am afraid your transformer is not designed properly to support the 30Vin. Can you measure the current sense voltage at the CS pin?  Please use the probe with short ground lead. In addition, can you order the same transformer and try to test again?
