BQ77915: Restored to normal Mode.

Thanks for the sample. But, I had a small problem. normal work is not restored. Just pull out to insert the connector.

    With the resolution of the picture it is hard to tell details but the circuit looks rather normal.
    I don't know what fault you may have induced, but bq7791500 requires load removal for UV recovery and discharge current protections. Depending on the resistors used and equipment connected that may require connection of a charger. OCC similarly requires a load attachment for recovery.
  • "requires load removal" - this is not very good for an embedded system. If the system is short overloaded - the system will never recover. :( There is always a leakage current. Guarantee 0 uA is not possible.

    Yes, load removal will require some intervention if there is some fault. The other option provided in the part design is to recover with time. The system design would need to sustain the recurring fault if it were a persistent fault and the system did not shed the load.
    The only configuration presently defined requires load removal, please contact your TI sales office about requirements for a new configuration.
  • Thank you. I will not contact TI sales office. What for. :) I got a few samples and made four test boards. For standalone systems, this chip is not suitable. The battery should not determine the survivability of the system. We will not use this. Thanks for the quick response. I turned off the load from the battery - turning off the electronic load. But it did not help. Then I pulled out the wire - it helped. Under the water, we do not have a Robot - which can pull the wire. :)
