Why is the Iq on VCC pin increase when in off mode? About 30 uA typically but, in off mode Iq increases to 90uA?

    There is a high Iq issue on the device when VDDIO is not supplied but VCC is. VDDIO can be supplied by output of VR on TPS65912x, LDOAO, or external supply. When VDDIO is supplied by VR on TPS65912x the OFF mode Iq can be higher since all VRs are off during OFF mode.

    If VDDIO is supplied externally, the duration of time between VCC and VDDIO should be limited to reduce power loss.

    The max Iq on VCC in OFF mode during the case where VDDIO is not supplied can be as high as 150uA though only very few units will show this behavior.
