Hi ,
TIDM-SOLARUINV reference design is having a capacity of 280W.I want to develop same grid tie inverter with 1KW capacity. Kindly suggest me the is it possible to develop for 1KW?

    This type of question is typically best solved by a consultant, it really cannot be accomodated with the bandwidth we have on the forums, which is specific questions about the device.

    Typically as all good engineering practices, you will need to study the system and see what fits best. For 1KW system the DC-DC stage we have on the micro inverter may not be a great choice, you may decide to go for something else.

    For the inverter, you may be able to scale power and construct a system and use some of the code/algroithms we have on the design.
