1. The input of TPS7A16-Q1 chip is 3V to 60V. Can this chip receive negative voltage output?

    Hi Meng,

    TPS7A16-Q1 is not able to regulate voltages 1.2 V.

    Currently we do not have an LDO that can accept a positive input voltage and generate a negative output voltage.

    Generally an inverting charge pump or other inverting switcher is required to take a positive input to generate a negative output. I am not aware of a single chip solution that can generate -12 V from a 12 V input.
