BQ24075-Q1: VOUT drops to 0,3V instead of 0V

Part Number: BQ24075-Q1

Hi,
when I pull SYSOFF High to turn off VOUT, VOUT drops just to 0,3V instead of 0V. When I meassure the current consumption I got current peaks up to 3mA with a total average of 70-120µA.

CE is always Low.

EN1 is always Low.

EN2 is always High.

A microcontroller pulls SYSOFF High and is powered via VOUT.

Does anybody know why VOUT doesn't drop to 0V? Is there a chance that the battery charger is responsible for the current peaks?

Thanks,
Jendrik
