I would like to know, if there are any alternate parts for RHFL7913 and ISL75051 with Commercial applications.

    Hi Swamy, thanks for your e-mail. Both devices you mention are QMLV rated for space applications. We do offer the TPS7H1101A-SP, also a QMLV device, which has the lowest VIN and VDO (dropout voltage) in the market and the same current rating as the devices you mentioned. Regarding the TI device, it is a radiation hardened by design (RHBD) device, meaning that it is designed and fabricated in a process that has features to withstand radiation effects. In other words, it is a new transistor level design and therefore no commercial counterparts exist. However, as you know, there is a new trend in the space market where radiation ratings, among other features such as packaging, are more relaxed. Is this what you were inquiring for? If so, what radiation levels are you interested on? How about the electrical specifications, something similar to the 3 devices mentioned here?
