    Unfortunately this is not a curve that we provide with this device.
    However I can provide a discrete part number that would have very similar transient thermal impedance performance and could be used with the devices you mention here.
    CSD16407Q5 transient thermal resistance could be used for CSD86350Q5DC
    CSD17575Q3 transient thermal resistance could be used for CSD87330Q3D
