Part Number: BQ27426EVM-738
Is it possible to have the Gerber files of the BQ27426EVM board? The layout is shown in the data sheet, SLUBBE1, but the resolution is too crude to see exactly what is going on.
I have a PCB containing a BQ27426, with the circuit and layout, as far as I can tell, identical to the evaluation board. However, the current measurement for an applied discharge of -420mA, is reported as -1431mA on my board, and almost correct, about -424mA, on the EVM. I have measured the voltage across the sense resistor on both boards, and it is 4.2mV in both cases. I have created image files from the EVM board, and used those to program the BQ27426 on the other board, but without success. I have used the BQStudio to try and calibrate my board, but the generated value of CCGAIN is out of the permitted range (which is hardly surprising).
Failing the availability of the Gerber files, and troubleshooting help or advice would be appreciated.
