Hi,

Could you tell me about the connection point of VREG and VDD pin.
Should this pin be connected to PGND?
Or should it be connected to the AGND?

Contents of circuit diagram and layout guide are contradictory.
Could you give me your advice?

Hello Yusuke-san,

The most important pin will be pin #22 which is connecting directly to the thermal pad. The ground of bias cap at VDD should connect to the PGND which is same as Vin ground since it is the input of the LDO. The ground of bias cap at VREG (output of LDO) should connect to GND plane (analog ground plane). This GND plane should be isolated from PGND and should be only connected to PGND through pin #22.

Hi Yusuke-san,

Yes, it should have the same GND symbol (triangle) on the left side of that drawing schematic.
