And if there is other attention need be paid for customer?

    Hi Robin,
    The external FETs operate as source followers during balancing which is not explained in the data sheet, so they will have a drop across them during operation. Be sure the FETs will provide the desired performance. Check the voltage drop, resulting balance current and the dissipation in the FETs.
