Is it possible to know the thermal data (Tj, θja, θjc, Pd)  of  TPS22914?

    Hi Leroy,

    All of this information is available in the TPS22914 datasheet. The abs max rating for Tj is found in section 7.1. The thermal parameters (θja, θjc) can be found in section 7.4. For information on Pd, you can go to section 12.1.1.
