Hi Mai,

You need the ev2300 and bqEVSW. Both of these are deprecated and are not readily available. For your purpose, I would strongly suggest that you go with the bq4050 and the ev2400. Both of them are newer and have current support. If your design is new, this would be a much better solution as you will get better support from TI.
