TLV713P-Q1: Is there internal capacitor at IN and OUT?

Hello team,

TLV713PQ1 and TLV733PQ1 have benefits to remove a external capacitors at input and output. It means a small capacitor is integrated in the device, is it correct? if the device integrates some capacitors, how much the capacitance of those capacitor?

    Hi Nishimura,

    Both LDOs are able to achieve stability without external capacitors due to their design topology and architecture. This is not simply bring the capacitor internal; however, we consider our design topology and architecture proprietary and will not share over the external forums.
