Customer found when no load, the output voltage of REF3012 and REF3025 are too high and violate the spec in the datasheet. please find the measured values here.

Could you explain why the behavior is and is this normal behavior?

REF3012 no load = 1.5V

REF3025 no load = 2.7V

Application: Serve motor

Customer: WW class

Hi Brian,

Can you email me the customer schematics. This is not a normal behavior and because it happened to 2 devices, I feel it is a design issue on the customer side.

and also, RD did a single device test without board connections. the result is the same.
