UCD90160: What is the Flash Size of UCD90160

And another information I required on the total size usage.
I have configured all voltage rails and the entire project file is stored as *.xml in the Fusion Digital Power Designer
Is there any way to identify from Fusion Digital Power Designer Tool that "how much amount of Flash Memory Utilized".
i.e Out of 2048 bits total available, my configuration file consumes xxx bits

You do not have to worry about the size since data flash is preallocated to support 16 rails.

It means that in my application only 14 voltage rails are being monitored out of 16 rails available with IC, Shall I consider that 14 * 2048 bits /16 = 1792 bits are utilized inside the Flash, i.e remaining 256 pre- allocated bits in Flash will be unused.
This information is for System safety analysis.

The data flash itself has ECC so that you do not worry about SEU. yes, you can assume the usage as what you described.

I have some more questions,
Is that UCD90160 and UCD90160A have different sizes of SRAM Arrays.
Since in the other thread i had seen that UCD90160A is having 4KB and UCD90160 having 2KB.
