    Hi Elsa,

    We do not have any adjustable LDOs in the SOT23-5 package that meet your 500 mA current requirement; however, please consider the TLV755P and TLV757P which are fixed voltage families that accommodate some of your output voltages.

    The highest rated output current for our adjustable LDOs in the SOT-23 package is 400 mA as can be seen here.
