LM350-N-MIL: Document Errors

Part Number: LM350-N-MIL
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM350-N, , LM350A

Hello team.

The TI product page says for the LM350-N-MIL device the data sheet applies to both LM350-N and LM350-N-MIL.

In the data sheet Absolute Maximum Ratings it’s not clear what the Operating Temperature Range is for the MIL device

Data sheet Page 2: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm350-n-mil.pdf

In the product page for the LM350-N-MIL “order now” section it shows the Temp as “0 to 0” C

Last but not least both the product page for the LM350-N and LM350-N-MIL reference both devices as the The LM150 series.

I’m getting more confused as I write this out but I believe there are some errors with these documents can you confirm and or correct.

  • Hi Daniel,

the operating range is as listed on the front page and operating range of the datasheet.

It is -40C to +125C for the LM350A and 0C to +125C for the LM350.

Since all we offer now is the LM350 and not LM350A, the parts are rated at 0C to +125C.

Also, we no longer offer the LM150.   We keep the information about the LM150 and LM350A in the datasheet because customers sometimes still need the information about old parts we no longer sell.

It does look like like we have an error for the temp range in our "Order now" tab.  Thank you for pointing that out and we will be getting that corrected.
