My customer needs a dimensional drawing of the TPS56637RPAR. But there is no such information in the datasheet.

In addition, I also use google to find information, but I can't find the package size of VQFN-HR 10.
Can you give me the dimensional drawing of the TPS56637RPAR and the PCB footprint?

Hi Kami,

The best way to get the footprint is go to the product folder>Quality&Packaging

Download the CAD file(.bxl), and follow the instruction on right side. You can export the footprint in whatever format you need.

Hello Sam,
I have found this article before Post E2E.

And throw the .bxl file to the customer. The customer's problem is that they need to create a footprint information for the internal item number. I will go to the customer's RD office in this afternoon and reconfirm with them whether we meet their needs?

OK. The free version Ultralibrarian provided by TI should work.
If you do need the footprint information, rather than a footprint model, please let us know.

Good days. I just received an email from the customer, and my customer wants the PCB footprint and not want the model. Would you please help us to provide PCB footprint information? customer in layout stage now.

OK. What PCB footprint format does the customer want? Altium Designer? Cadence? Or something else?

Hi Kami,

Footprint model attached.2018-10-15_11-14-07.zip

Follow the instructions below:

To import your new library part to PADS:

1. Start the PowerPCB program.

2. Select File/Library from the menu at the top of the screen.

3. Select the library to translate into from the "Library" list box.

4. Select the Decal icon.

5. Select import from the bottom of the library screen.

6. Select the *.d file included in the zip file.

7. To import a matching symbol with your footprint, simply

repeat the above proceedure (#4 - #6) for the CAE (*.c) and Parts

(*.p) files using the appropriate Icons.
